Our store is hosted on amazon. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell and provide our products and services to you.

3.1 Right to Use

3.4 Ownership of Content

All content available on the shorts-studio.com platform, including but not limited to videos, scripts, images, music, graphics, logos, and user interfaces (collectively, the "Content"), is the exclusive property of Echelon Global limited or its third-party licensors. The Content is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. No Transfer of Rights

Your subscription or payment for access does not constitute a sale of any Content. You do not acquire any ownership interest, title, or intellectual property rights in or to the Content. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Echelon Global limited.

3. Intellectual Property Integrity

You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices (including copyright and trademark notices) that may be affixed to or contained within the Content. Any unauthorized use of the Content is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offense under applicable copyright laws.

3.5 Copyright Content Usage & Anti-Piracy Policy

1. Limited Personal Use License

Upon successful subscription, Echelon Global limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the copyrighted content for private, non-commercial use only. This license does not convey any ownership interest in the content.

2. Strict Prohibition on Transfer and Distribution

You are strictly prohibited from performing any of the following acts. Any violation will result in immediate account termination without refund:

No Resale or Transfer:

You shall not sell, lease, lend, sub-license, or otherwise transfer your account or access rights to any third party.

No Unauthorized Distribution:

You shall not record, screen-capture, download (unless expressly permitted by a built-in "Offline" feature), rip, or redistribute our content on any platform, including but not limited to social media, torrent sites, or file-sharing services.

No Public Performance:

You may not broadcast or display the content in a public setting or for a commercial audience (e.g., in a cafe, theater, or public lounge).

3. Digital Watermarking and Tracking

To protect our intellectual property, our system employs invisible digital watermarking and session-tracking technologies.

Traceability:

If any unauthorized copy of our content is found online and traced back to your account credentials or unique session ID, you will be held legally liable for copyright infringement.

Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any distribution resulting from a compromised account due to your negligence will be treated as your own action.

4. Anti-Circumvention

You agree not to circumvent, remove, alter, or thwart any of the content protections (DRM), such as encryption or regional access controls (Geo-blocking), employed by Echelon Global limited.

5. Legal Consequences & Indemnification

In the event of unauthorized distribution:

Account Ban:

Your account will be permanently blacklisted.

Liquidated Damages:

You agree to indemnify Echelon Global limited for all losses, including lost subscription revenue and legal fees incurred in pursuing a copyright claim.

Reporting:

We reserve the right to report significant piracy activities to the relevant intellectual property authorities and your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

3.6 Dispute with Others

You are solely responsible for your interaction with other users of the Service and other parties that you come in contact with through the Service. We hereby disclaim any and all liability to you or any third party relating to your use of the Service.

You will cooperate fully with us to investigate any suspected unlawful, fraudulent or improper activity, including, without limitation, granting us access to any password-protected portions of your Account. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and manage disputes between you and other users of the Service.

4.Service Materials, Ownership, Trademarks and Feedback

4.1 Service Materials

Except for Your Content (as defined below) and except as otherwise expressly set forth in these Terms, we and our licensors own and will retain ownership of all right, title and interest in and to the Service and the Service Materials.

You are expressly prohibited from engaging in monetization or profiting from your use of the Service. We hereby reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms.

6.Copyright or Other Intellectual Property Infringements

6.1 We respect the intellectual property of others and take the protection of intellectual property very seriously, and we ask our users to do the same. Infringing activity will not be tolerated on or through the Service.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and

9.Termination
